mobile application.

We collect the following information when you use Pistevo Soma:

Account Information: Your name and email address when you register or sign in with Google.

Fitness Data: Muscle soreness inputs, workout logs, session history, fitness goals, and equipment

preferences that you provide within the app.

Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card

details. We retain payment confirmation records (order ID, payment ID, plan type, amount) for billing

purposes.

Usage Data: App usage patterns, session frequency, and feature interactions to improve the app

experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Generate personalised workout and nutrition plans using AI

- Process and verify subscription payments

- Send important account and service notifications

- Improve app features and fix technical issues

- Provide customer support

We do not use your fitness data for advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third

parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following service providers who help us operate the app:

Anthropic (Claude AI): Workout plan generation. Fitness inputs are processed to generate personalised

plans. Data is not stored by Anthropic beyond the immediate request.Razorpay: Payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

MongoDB Atlas: Secure cloud database storage for your account and workout data.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security

measures including JWT authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and rate limiting to protect

your account. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your

We retain your account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account,

your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to

7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting regulations.

You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your account and associated data

- Withdraw consent for data processing

permanently remove your profile, workout history, and all associated data from our systems within 30

days.

an in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance

of the updated policy.
