Option 1 — Inside the app: Open the app → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete account → confirm. Your profile, workout history, payments, and premium status will be permanently erased within seconds.

Option 2 — By email: If you can't access the app, email support@pistevolifestyle.com from your registered email address with subject "Delete my account". We'll erase your data within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted: account, workout logs, AI plan history, payment references, premium status, profile data. This is permanent and cannot be reversed.
